Site Safety And Health Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
To coordinate Safety & Health implementation programs in the organization.To assist Site SHO to provide guidance, advice on Safety & Health practices at site.To identify hazards and assess risks to Safety & Health, put appropriate controls in place.To ensure compliance with all Safety & Health requirements and standards, and also inculcate a safety culture throughout the company's operation. To assist in monitoring and reporting Safety & Health performance at site, developing Safety & Health management plan and Safety & Health event calendar for all operations.To attend site meetings, conduct Safety & Health trainings, toolbox meetings, and facilitate monthly safety meetings.To liaise with relevant authorities (JKKP, CIDB, Bomba, KKM, ect.) to promptly resolve any site issues.To submit monthly reports related to Safety & Health.To assist in the investigation of incidents occurred and prepare any necessary documentations.To perform all other tasks assigned by superiors whenever necessary from time to time.  REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess at least Certificate/ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Occupational Safety and Health or equivalent.Candidates must possess a valid yellow book.At least 3 years of relevant working experience as registered SSS in Construction Industry, with experience in factory project will add an extra advantage.Willing to be stationed in Gemas, Negeri Sembilan.Good in interpersonal skill, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with Client, Consultants, Project Teams and other Parties.Detail oriented.Able to work independently and under pressure.
