Site Safety Supervisor
• Implement and monitor safety management systems specific to HRSG boiler repair.
Conduct daily safety inspections of the repair site, identifying and rectifying any unsafe conditions.Perform risk assessments and develop job hazard analyses for boiler repair tasks.Ensure compliance with ASME Boiler, Pressure Vessel Code, and other relevant safety standards.Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks specific to HRSG boiler repair hazards.Promote a high level of safety awareness among all workers and subcontractors.Investigate any safety incidents or near-misses related to the boiler repair work.Implement corrective actions to prevent the recurrence of safety issues.Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities and incidents.Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) specific to boiler repair work.Stay updated on relevant safety regulations and ensure compliance during all repair activities.Liaise with regulatory bodies such as DOSH and other relevant client SHOs as needed. To support DOSH-related activities such as repair, inspection, and test plans.To schedule 3rd party to oversee the welding activities at the site and acknowledge the repair and paperwork with 3rd party and owner.Ensure the administration process is successfully conducted like CIDB, AESP, and in-house safety training courses given to the workers under Acolite.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.Control project assigned by reviewing schedule changes and corrective actions.Conduct routine and non-routine checks and follow up on the welding activities.Daily clocking needs to be acknowledged by Acolite management.If Sunday/Public Holiday work is required, need to work at the site a minimum of 4 hours on that day.
