Site Safety Supervisor (Sss)

Your duties and responsibilities are as follows:
To supervise and monitor site safety requirements and implementation of the site
To arrange regular toolbox briefings & safety meetings with workers or sub-contractors at the site
To monitor daily site operation and ensure adherence to safety, health, environmental, legal and corporate requirements
Conduct safety induction for all new employees, contractors, workers, etc.
Advise, implement and ensure compliance and continuous improvement of the company's safety and health matters by statutory & regulatory requirements.
To assist during audits, and inspections and maintain all documentation and records.
Perform other duties as and when required by the management.
Inspect and rectify any unsafe conditions at the construction site correcting any unsafe practices
Report to the Project Manager and SHO
Ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Possess a SPM/SPMV/MCE Certificate/STPM/Diploma/Degree
Yellow Book holder
5-7 years of working experience in the construction field#J-18808-Ljbffr
