Site Supervisor (Building)

We're a well-established CIDB G7 construction company with 11 years of experience. We operate across Malaysia with projects ongoing in Klang Valley.
Chosen candidates can expect an attractive remuneration package (medical payout) and performance bonus.
Responsibilities:Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction-related activities.
Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
Ensure delivered construction materials are of specified requirements.
Prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, check and take site measurements.
Minimise material and manpower wastage.
Ensure all supervised works are carried out in a safe manner and without risk to health.
Prepare Material Requisition Order (MRO) and follow-up on delivery.
Handle any ad-hoc matters designated by Site Agent / Project Manager.
Requirements:Candidates must have a professional certificate in C&S and Architectural.
Strong technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues.
Check daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, false claims, etc.
Attend site meetings with site agent & sub-contractors.
Must be willing to travel as instructed by management.
Additional Requirements:Ability to start work immediately.
