Site Supervisor (Civil/Electrical)

Responsibilities:
Make sure everything on site is moving according to the plan and schedule.
Keep an eye on how things are going to make sure we're hitting milestones and staying within budget.
Check that the work is up to scratch and meets all the requirements.
Direct and keep an eye on the workers, subcontractors, and anyone else on site.
Show the team how things should be done and make sure they're following the right procedures.
Sort out any disagreements or issues that come up among the crew.
Make sure everyone is following safety rules to avoid accidents.
Regularly inspect the site for any potential hazards.
Have a plan in place for any emergencies and make sure everyone knows what to do.
Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and machinery.
Update project managers and clients on progress, issues, and any changes.
Keep detailed records of what's happening on site, including safety checks and any changes.
Coordinate between different teams and make sure everyone's on the same page.
Ensure all work meets local building codes and regulations.
Handle getting any necessary permits and make sure all legal requirements are met.
Keep a log of daily activities, including work done, weather, and any issues.
