Site Supervisor - Construction

Responsibilities:Coordinate Construction Activities:Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to the project plan.
Monitor Progress:Track and adjust progress to meet project deadlines.
Supervise Staff:Manage and coordinate site workers and subcontractors.
Implement Safety Standards:Enforce safety regulations and ensure a safe work environment.
Conduct Inspections:Regularly check for quality and compliance with standards.
Manage Budget:Control site expenditures and manage financial aspects.
Allocate Resources:Ensure availability and efficient use of materials and equipment.
Liaise with Stakeholders:Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other parties.
Prepare Reports:Document project progress, site logs, and other necessary reports.
Address Issues:Solve problems and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
Maintain Records:Keep detailed records of site activities and incidents.
Ensure Environmental Compliance:Adhere to environmental regulations and manage waste.
Handle Client Requests:Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Property Development/Real Estate management, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess good C&S and M&E knowledge.
