Job DescriptionResponsibility
Daily supervise work progress at the site following the schedule and implement day-to-day activities.
Ensure work quality is achieved and safety regulations comply.
Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients.
Arrange regular meetings/discussions with relevant parties (e.g., workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure the work progress meets the targeted timeline.
Collaborate with relevant parties (e.g., workers/contractor/client/vendors) to ensure all works are executed as agreed.
Assist superior in planning and arrangement of the projects.
Report to superior especially any discrepancies/potential delays in work.
Monitor stock and arrange delivery from warehouse to site location.
Perform monthly stock count in the warehouse.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
Job RequirementsRequirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree, in any field.
Required language: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese will be an added advantage).
Possess own transport.
Fresh graduates in architecture and construction are welcome to apply.
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the related/construction field will be advantageous.
Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, AUTO-CAD, and PowerPoint.
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Good team player to communicate with key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Able to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work location based at Klang Valley, willing to travel outstation if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
