Site Supervisor

Job Descriptions Supervise activities executed by all sub-contractors and manage the allocation of resources by all sub-contractors. To supervise daily site works and coordinate with subcontractors on job site.Be aware and coordinate any quality issues and problems at the project site, and carry out any rectifications work (if any) Manage resources such as material, plant & machinery, scaffolding & verification of sub-contractor work done on-site.  In doing so, coordinate with various department:Study shop and/ or construction drawings in order to ensure all construction works are implemented in accordance to approved drawings and project specifications required.Monitor, record and report progress on projects to achieve timely completion of every section of works.Assists the project manager in planning the project by creating schedule for the construction projectTo report and liaise with project leader on the day to day operation and plan the weekly work at site. Job Requirements Diploma in Civil / Architecture/ Building or equivalent.At least 3 years experiences in construction industry.Good communication skills.Ability to organize and coordinate site activities according to schedule and policies.Solve issues on the go and make recommendation on technical site issues.Computer skills required: Microsoft Office.
