ResponsibilitiesEnsure project work runs according to construction drawing and specifications.
Coordinate site work with Sub-Contractors to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Raise material orders, receive materials, and follow up with suppliers on scheduled delivery.
Ensure all materials received match the Delivery Order (DO) and Purchase Order (PO) descriptions.
Plan material allocation upon delivery to site to reduce wastage and double handling.
Check and follow up on defects at the site.
Work closely with the customer care department regarding defect work.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or company.
Qualifications/RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Able to speak in Malay/English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Able to coordinate site works with minimal supervision.
Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Availability to perform construction site visits outside of business hours, when relevant.
