Site Supervisor

Requirement : Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalentMinimum 3 years and above experienceGender Preferred : Male OnlyRequired computer skill(s) : Microsoft Project, MS OfficeHigh integrity, self-motivated, able to work independently and disciplineGood communication skill, present pleasant attitude and co-operativeGenuine interest in Construction WorksWilling to travel and works in outstationAble to communicate in English and Malay Job Description :
a) To take instruction from the Management or the Project Manager for site works
b) To plan, co-ordinate and monitor all site activities
c) To manage work for site each day general labourers
d) To receive & record material delivery
e) To check ensure all material delivered are counted and correct in quantity
f) To manage material protection from sun, rain and thefts
g) To prepare daily and monthly site progress report
h) To record dayworks by direct general labourers and rental machineries
i) To prepare or verified sub-contractor monthly claim
j) Conduct site meeting with sub-contractors and consultants
