About the roleGround Five ID Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Puncak Alam, Selangor. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the growth of our thriving construction business.
What you'll be doing
Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors
Monitoring the progress of construction projects and ensuring they adhere to established timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Liaising with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
Ensuring that the project team maintains proper documentation, daily site reports, and inspections
Participating in the planning and scheduling of construction activities
Gathering all project information i.e. schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings
Maintaining document & drawings control, database management, tracking project activities and team communication
Responsible for delivering building development projects of varying size and complexity
Responsible for directing, organizing, and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager / Project Director
Compiling Final Documentation of construction and QAQC works
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues that arise on-site
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications
A valid driving license and the ability to travel to project sites as required
Willing to travel to outstation
