Site Supervisor

-Assist Head of Department in contract administration and management plan for assigned projects.


-Help coordinate and manage projects from preinitiation to completion.


-Track and directly report status updates to the project manager.


-Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner


-Providing info to HOD in creating and adhering the project timeline @ timegantt and SOP.


-Helps HOD review project designs and contribute ideas for cutting costs.


-Assist Head of Department in preparation of project budget.


-Assist HOD to solve problems at the site.


-Responsible and ensuring that all construction works comply with the consultants drawing.


-Assist in ensuring compliance with necessary specifications and Authorities requirements.


-Set up meetings and site visits for consultants and contractors.


-Valuing the contractor progress claim and review contractor monthly site progress.


-Coordinate with the contractor on detail or sequence and programme of work.


-Monitoring and control of site material wastage.


-Monitor and ensure timely submitting of work progress as per schedule and specifications.


-Confirming with respective consultants on progress claim, payment, VO's and daily work etc.


-Reporting daily project report for record and references by Project department.

-Self motivated with less supervision from superior


-Minimum IT skills


-With car and valid driving license

-Minimum Diploma Holder
