Site Supervisor

Planning and coordinating for daily site operation.
Carry out supervision and monitoring of all construction/installation works.
Supervise and control sub-contractors' daily work activities, ensuring material, equipment, personnel, and tools are available to perform the work.
Monitor foreign workers' work progress and ensure they adhere to their approved work schedule.
Ensure all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements, and approved method statements.
Ensure all necessary inspections and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work.
Maintain a site diary to record daily activities at the site.
Promptly report any non-conformances to the Project Manager/Construction Manager.
Ensure quality of work is always met.
Manage, monitor, and control the usage of materials, plants, and machinery.
Inspect and test materials prior to their use on site as per samples approved by the consultant, ensuring removal of rejected materials from the site.
Ensure the correct implementation of works according to technical specifications, designs, and quality of materials.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
Requirement:
*Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
*Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in the related field.
*Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
Chinese will be an advantage.
*Ability to meet tight timescales, multi-task, and maintain a good positive attitude.
*Able to work with minimal supervision.
*AutoCAD and design knowledge is an advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
