Site Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:- Able to produce projects progress reporting, proposed work method statement, construction schedule, presentation on work progress report and to attend meetings related to all company's projects.- Work closely with other consultants, suppliers and subcontractor towards accomplishing targeting deadlines and milestone.- To plan and supervise projects from beginning to completion- Coordinate with the client with regards to the variation order.- Responsible in coordination defect liability servicing and after sales service.- Ensure timely completion of the project, control costs, and report to consultants on site matters- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.**Requirements**:- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.- Minimum 2 years of Construction industry.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.- Computer literate.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 monthsPay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insuranceSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Padang Besar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
