About the role
As a Site Supervisor at Eworld Generation Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the successful completion of construction projects on Penang Island. This full-time position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding health and safety standards.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on timeMonitor and maintain site safety, implementing necessary measures to protect workers and the publicLiaise with subcontractors, and other to address any issues or concerns that may ariseInterpret and enforce construction plans, specifications, and regulationsEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsIdentify and address any potential risks or problems, and develop solutions to mitigate themProvide guidance and support to construction workers, promoting a positive and productive work environmentRequired to bring foreign workers to the construction siteWhat we're looking for Fresh graduate are acceptableStrong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipmentExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specificationsThorough knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to enforce themStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse workforceProficient in using construction management software and technologyA valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to construction sites as neededWilling to carry out overtime worksPreferred candidate that stay in Penang / Willing to commute
