Site Supervisor

**Job Description
.Responsible for site work coordination, management supervision at the site and monitoring the quality of work to ensure compliance with specifications and in accordance to work on progress in line with the construction schedule.
·  To attend site meeting, inspections and monitoring.
·   To monitor daily site activities and report to the Project Manager progress work, including day – day to day managing of workers, sub-contractors, machinery/equipment and material on site.
·  Supervising workers, subcontractor and work activities.
·  To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.

**Job Requirement
.Certificate/Diploma/Degree in building/Civil/Construction/Architectural
· 3 years' above experience in Civil and Building works
.  Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead and motive site personal
· Good leadership quality and planning skills with knowledge of construction method,project management,cost control,contracts and quality management.
