Safety:Ensuring health and safety standards are implemented, conducting safety meetings, and inspecting equipment, work areas, and methods.
Scheduling:Creating work schedules that balance labor and machine hours, and ensuring everyone works their shifts.
Supervision:Supervising workers and subcontractors, and assigning duties and responsibilities.
Record keeping:Maintaining records of workers' time and payroll, and completing records for site reports.
Communication:Conducting work conferences with workers and other personnel, and attending site management meetings.
Planning:Helping project managers plan work, and organizing the work plan for volunteer crews.
Quality control:Maintaining quality control and ensuring work is carried out safely.
Materials:Managing orders and deliveries of construction materials.
