Site Supervisor

Supervise work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule and drawing.- Monitor site progress and implement day to day activities.- Report and prepare site report on weekly basis.- Coordinate, supervise and execute construction activities, inspect and control quality of construction works before deliveries.- Report any discrepancies or delay in works and follow-up procedures.- Ensure smooth operations and supervisory works at project site.- Ensure work quality achieved and safety regulations are complied with.- Carry out site inspection from time to time.- Arrange regular meetings with worker or sub-contractors to match targeted schedule and resolve site matters.- Liaison with sub-contractors to ensure all fit out works are carried out accordingly to drawing.- Manage contractors and site progress.- Communicate site issues effectively with contractors and authorities.- Perform other ad-hoc task as assigned by superior.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental Pay:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period?- How soon you can join us if you are selected?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Site Supervisor: 1 year (required)
