Site Supervisor

Responsibilities
1) Overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets are met.
2) Assigning workflow assignments and shift schedules.
3) Ensuring that production follows safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
4) Inspecting production outputs according to company specifications.
5) Identifying and troubleshooting any production issues.
6) Prepare weekly progress reports for management.
7) Enforcing company, industry, and government regulations.

Requirements
1) Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry with supervisory experience.
2) Minimum of SPM/ Diploma/ Degree in Production Management/Engineering or equivalent requirements.
3) Language required: Mandarin (to communicate with China colleagues and counterparts), English and Malay
4) Able to work within tight timeline.
5) Ability to travel locally and outstation.
