Have relevant decoration experience in supervising structure, plastering, skim, bricklaying work.
Monitor the progress of construction projects & ensure compliance with construction drawings & specifications.
Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, construction plan procedures, work instructions, etc.
Submit related field reports on daily activities to Main Contractor / Consultant.
Attend site meetings with contractor and client.
Monitor work progress to ensure project completion is timely.
Monitor worker attendance and educate site workers on daily site operations.
Prepare, coordinate, and write site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.
Inspect work done by subcontractors for defects and quality.
Minimize material and manpower wastage.
Work with minimum supervision and independently.
Handle site arrangements.
Requirements:
Strong project management skills and interpersonal leadership skills.
Good problem-solving skills to tackle and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the construction field.
Required languages: (MUST) Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry.
Possess good organization and time management skills.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
Good attitude toward teamwork.
Hold a valid CIDB green card.
Able to work in Kulim, Cyberjaya, or Johor Bahru and start work as soon as possible.
Possess own transport or laptop.
