Site Supervisor (M&E / Architectural) (Subang)

Job Responsibilities:Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction work to ensure progress of work meets target schedule.
Ensure contractor compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
Ensure that the quality of work and workmanship conforms to the required standards.
Coordinate on-site material delivery, prepare materials for returns, clean up trash, and dispose of waste properly.
Assist the construction manager with documentation, keep detailed records of job modifications, and maintain a daily log of job site events.
Coordinate effectively with various contractors, consultants, and authorities on all site matters.
Provide feedback to management on work implementation or rectifications when required.
Perform adhoc duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of working experience in high-rise building construction, either residential or commercial.
Candidates must possess at least SPM/certificate/diploma in M&E/Architectural/C&S/construction management or equivalent.#J-18808-Ljbffr
