Site Supervisor (M&E)

Responsibilities:
Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily work progress at the project site while adhering to document control procedures.
Ensure that all work executed is in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures, and schedule.
Supervise and instruct the construction team as well as subcontractors.
Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.
Carry out inspections and tests to ensure that work done meets quality requirements.
Prepare and update daily reports, verify progress reports, and attend site meetings.
Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period and report to GM/PM if any discrepancies are detected.
Requirements:
At least SPM holder / Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in supervision of M & E construction projects.
Possess a Class D driving license.
Male working environment.
Fresh graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.
