Site Supervisor - Maintenance

_**Responsibilities**:_- Ensure on-site construction activities adhere to project requirements and approved drawings, and monitor the progress of the construction work.- Conduct regular inspections in coordination with contractors and consultants to verify the quality and progress of work.- Evaluate and ensure that claims are consistent with the work completed and are properly documented.- Prepare daily reports of site activities, and progress and maintain a systematic site filing system to organize and secure all project-related documentation.- Play a critical role in monitoring site activities, coordinating with contractors and- **Requirements**:_- Have Strong knowledge of construction and regulatory requirements.- Proficient in documenting site activities and maintaining a neat filing system.- Familiar with the evaluation of contractors' claims and verification.- Ability to work independently and also in a team.**Salary**: From RM1.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
