Site Supervisor (Penang Only)

Job Overview: The Site Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of construction activities on-site. The candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety and quality standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with contractors and workers, and compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Job Requirements: Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Certification in safety, project management, or any related technical field is advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably in Penang or Malaysia.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.Familiarity with local building codes, construction regulations, and safety standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of local dialects or Mandarin is a plus).Other Requirements: Valid driving license and willing to travel within Penang and nearby regions.Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, or holidays as required by project demands. Additional Information: Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week), but may require extended hours depending on project timelines.
