Site Supervisor (Plumbing Construction Company)

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
With working experience is added advantages for this post.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required Skill(s): AutoCad, MS Office/MS Project.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/ Civil/Construction or equivalent.
Site Location: Selangor / KL.
Responsibilities include:
Day to day supervision of work and quality control.
Planning and monitoring of progress of work, preparation of daily/weekly work program, material requisition.
Working closely with upper management to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule.
Analytical skills to solve problems that may arise during a typical workday, analyzing data and making decisions that affect the project regularly.
Effective deployment of plant / manpower.
Preparation of progress reports and variation claims, identifying variation order claims resulting from changes in the scope of works.
Possess own transport.
