Site Supervisor (Process & Mechanical)

Mining - Processing (Mining, Resources & Energy)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge in mining is an added advantage.
Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills, particularly on mechanical equipment.
Ability to produce simple technical drawings.
Capable of liaising effectively with vendors.
Willing to relocate to Kuantan.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all site activities to ensure work is completed according to required standards, quality, and within the project timeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and other stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, updates, and approvals.
Coordinate the site team to ensure smooth collaboration, support project progression, and assist the Project Manager with necessary site operations.
Monitor work progress regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide technical specifications for mining equipment prior to installation.
Identify and implement modifications to existing mining equipment to resolve bottlenecks and enhance production efficiency.
Conduct weekly inspections and maintenance of mining structures, replacing faulty parts as needed.
Oversee and supervise construction work at the site.
