Conduct surveys on land sites (experience in mining/road projects)- Measure, map, assess and collect and interpret information about specific pieces of land.- Undertaking land/topographic using a variety of specialist equipment and technology.- Prepare survey drawings- Advising about technical matters and whether construction plans are viable.- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy.- Supervise and provide guidance to field staff- Preparing and maintaining sketches, Maps and reports of legal descriptions of surveys- Prepare survey as-built drawing, record survey-related data, construction setting out, levelling- Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy- Verifying data and calculations- Recording results of surveys- Calculating the measurements of sites- Researching legal document, survey records and land titles to clarify information's about property boundaries- Perform complete survey including to built, pegging for new structure, location before, setting out and leveling works- Site setting out (high rise building & infrastructure works).- Site coordination and checking for alignments and levels.- Carry out boundary and level surveys associated with the jobsite.- Able to handle and care for survey instruments and equipments.- Attend site visit with client and authorities.- Locates underground utilities including water, sewer and electric distribution lines by marking line with paint/spray etc- Locate, collect, analyze and manipulate utilities data to AutoCAD software to produce maps/drawing- Have experience in utilities infrastructure (maxis, celcom, TNB, Water, Gas etc). Fresh graduates are welcome.- Liaise and co-ordinate with Licensed Land Surveyor to ensure accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculation.- Prepare survey as-built drawings, record survey related data, construction setting out, levelling, etc.- Monitor and co-ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness.- Assist the project team in coordinating and handling all scope of work pertaining to survey work at site- Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites- Preparing and maintaining all surveys related data, charts, plots, maps, records, legal documents etc- Highlight any discrepancies to the responsible supervisory staff- Conduct periodic and final check on completed works to ensure the position, level and verticality are within allowance- Develop a proper recording and document control system for site survey works in accordance with the quality management system- Responsible to implement approved servicing and calibration schedule for survey instruments and equipment- Ensures all QMS activities under the assigned Projects are implemented effectively at the site- Ad hoc dutiesQualification:Degree level or any related field Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Others skill: AutocadExperience more than 6 years**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Rawang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
