Site Welder Cum Supervisor

Welders repair metal products by heating them with their welding tools. They cut and join metals and other materials in facilities or construction sites. Tasks and duties:
Reading blueprints and drawings to plan layout and procedures.
Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
Setting up components for welding according to specifications.
Operating angle grinders to prepare the parts that must be welded.
Aligning components using calipers, rulers and clamp pieces.
Welding components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
Repairing machinery and other components by welding pieces and filling gaps.
Testing and inspecting welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws.
Maintaining the quality of equipment for safety.
Using electrical or manual tools.
Must possess SMAW or equivalent.
