2. Relevant experience in development and implementation of Tibco products and services in Telecommunications field for a major SEA Telco company3. Must be able to show examples of complex and proven Tibco business works implementation in related Telco industry4. Must be able understand client's requirements for TIBCO design, codes and architecture with mínimal guidance and be able to deal with client directly.5. Able to deliver technical documentation inclusive of Tibco source codes and able to articulate details to client in English and Bahasa Malaysia9. Able to configure Tibco business work codes and objects using core workflow principles that are well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.12. Show sufficient knowledge on how to perform and support code merge process for Tibco Business works and related services14. Able to Internalize business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution and recommend improvements into related Tibco Business Works functionalities.Related Bachelors Degree
