Smt Maintenance Division Chief Or Deputy Chief

Required expertise
? Have basic knowledge about electronic circuit board manufacturing equipment and Surface Mount Technology experience is a prerequisite condition
? Experience in repairing equipment problems in electronic circuit board manufacturing processes
? Have knowledge and experience in PM (preventive maintenance) and CM (creative maintenance)
? Have knowledge and experience regarding equipment spare parts management
? Have basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and electricity
? Have the knowledge to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings of equipment? Have knowledge of equipment 
maintenance and management to maintain the initial processing accuracy of the equipment Expected management skills
? Experience in managing a facility maintenance organization
? Experience in dealing with sudden equipment failures
? Experience in process improvement activities
? Have knowledge and experience regarding subordinate training
? Ability to carry out 5S activities
? Have knowledge of equipment spare parts management
