Job Description Planner in SMT line scheduling by customers and products Monthly SMT Capacity Planning simulation and execution Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE5&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group Main driver for SMT leveling projects.Follow up on the daily SMT production output Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area.Prepare daily report required from time to time.(eg: production tracking report).Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning Take lead and initiate for process improvement Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science / Business / Manufacturing / Account 3-5 years of experience in SMT planning Good knowledge in Excel, Powerpoint, Words, Outlook and SAP Analytical skills and SAP knowledge Teamwork, motivate and enhance team spirit Able to solve planning related issue Lead & contribute in improvement projects Good in English and Malay writing and oral communication skills Additional Information • Leave Entitlement e.g: Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etc • Company Insurances and etc
