Smt Process Engineer

Responsible for SMT line issues (screen print, component mount, reflow, flux cleaning) and internal/external quality feedback.Troubleshoot the root cause & apply precise corrective action to the issue.Carry out process analysis pertaining to SMT components and produce 8D report to IQA.Hands-on experience in interfacing with design engineers on design fabrication (DFF), design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA).To define SMT assembly process and to upgrade it.To deal with process abnormities.To improve pass rate and decrease rejection rate.To implement and testify special manufacturing processes.To set process parameters.To evaluate new components and new process.  Any other duties assigned by immediate superior.Job Requirement
Min 2 Years' working experience in Fuji NXT SMT line.Good supervisory skills to lead the SMT team.Knowledge in SPC & Quality Standards. Project Transfer and will need to attend training at Dongguan China as when required.Proficiency in Mandarin & English preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients
