Electrical/Electronic Engineering (Engineering)
Responsibilities:Responsible for all assigned technical matters related to Manufacturing Engineering in SMT.
Study and provide technical service to customers, including internal/external complaints on quality.
Responsible for all assigned project's assembly process development and improvement.
Support all assigned project's yield, quality, cycle time, and assembly process improvement activities in the final assembly section from mass production stage to product end of life.
Responsible for process development & execution for new projects or project upgrades assigned.
Liaise with customers and internal designers on all matters related to assigned project's assembly process development/improvement/maintenance from project start to end of life.
Provide effective guidelines for appropriate personnel on process and related matters.
Ensure proper recording and control are exercised by process personnel in establishing process conditions and improvements.
Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors on technical matters in accordance with the Company's Policy and objectives.
Perform any other duties as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.
