Smt Technician

Job Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot SMT equipment, including Dek printers, Siplace placement machines, and Koh Young SPI, AOI systems & reflow oven.
Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Support the wave soldering process by maintaining and optimizing soldering equipment.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment issues and improve process efficiency.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
Conduct training sessions for team members on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve equipment performance and production processes.
Familiar with wave soldering processes and electronics manufacturing process and equipment.
