Trade Marketing Executive
Company Background: Importer & Distributor
Salary Range: SGD 3,200 - SGD 4,800
Working Location: Aljunied, SG (Blue-DT 25)
Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
Activations - 30%:To produce yearly activation plan presentations and suggest activities for our brands.
To actively look out for and search for partners to collaborate with.
To actively seek out alcohol-related events for the company to participate in.
To execute events independently and with attention to detail.
To visit outlets together with the sales team and suggest how the company can add marketing value to the outlet.E-commerce - 30%:To oversee in-house website operations independently and manage/set up other e-commerce platforms.
To execute an E-commerce monthly promotion calendar.
To oversee all aspects of E-commerce, including marketing plans, product management, stock management, onboarding of new products, promotions, platform campaigns, sales, deliveries, after-sales service, and other operations.
To activate and execute all planned promotional activities in a timely manner.
To grow E-commerce orders monthly across platforms.
To submit a monthly sales report, tracking analytics, sales, followers on platforms, reviews, feedback, cost of operations & recommendations to improve sales.
To manage all customer orders across platforms within the stipulated timelines and provide excellent customer service.Artworks, Collaterals & Marketing Presentations - 20%:To produce collateral designs for E-commerce platforms, events, activations, and outlets.
To create any presentation plan under the marketing scope.Social Media Management - 20%:To submit a social media calendar plan monthly.
To create a minimum of three posts a week across all social media platforms, including attractive descriptions and related hashtags.
To plan, execute and manage social media campaigns for the company, represented brands, and principal partners.
To manage boosting of monthly promotions, activations, and events.
To enhance the company's online presence and drive traffic to all social media platforms.
To increase conversion rates and engagement with followers, and to grow follower count.
To submit a monthly social media report, tracking analytics, follower count, engagement, data & recommendations to improve the social media pages.Requirements:
Proficient in utilizing Canva or Photoshop.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong sense of aesthetics, copywriting skills, and a creative eye.
Photography and basic photo editing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
Outgoing and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
Meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines.
Flexible working hours (some evenings may be required for marketing event activities).
Interest in F&B, especially alcohol, is a plus.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Proven events, e-commerce, or social media management record is advantageous.
2-3 years of relevant Alcohol Beverage/FMCG trade experience is a plus.
