We are looking for a dedicated Snooker Attendant to join our team at PUSAT SNUKER DAN KAFE CK LEE in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our snooker tables and facilities.
What you'll be doing Greeting and assisting customers, ensuring they have a enjoyable and comfortable experienceSetting up and maintaining the snooker tables, ensuring they are in good condition for useProviding guidance and instructions to customers on how to play snookerEnsuring the snooker area and surrounding facilities are kept clean and tidy at all timesHandling cash and providing accurate change to customersProviding recommendations on food and beverage options available in the caféReporting any issues or concerns to the management teamWhat we're looking for Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a snooker or recreational facilityKnowledge of snooker rules and techniques, and the ability to provide guidance to customersStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers in a friendly and professional mannerAttention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organised work environmentReliable, punctual and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidaysWhat we offer
