Description Primary Objective: Assisting Head of Compliance in ensuring RHBI compliance to policies, procedures and guidelines set by regulatory bodiesConducting compliance review to departmental/functional, branch and thematic review in RHBI Conducting compliance related training to cultivate compliance culture among RHBI employeeKey Responsibilities:To assist head of Compliance in coordinating and managing the overall Insurance Compliance Department's functions are carried out consistently across the company.To coordinate and analyze on the Compliance Self-assessments by business lines functions and branches as per compliance plan.To review policies or procedures in relation to operations or system involving Insurance business.To review product proposal papers/pamphlet/collaterals to introduce new product/ service or enhancement of existing approved product/ service prior to product/ service launch.To review complaints from customer to detect any adverse non-compliance trends and recommend to business/ functional groups process or policy improvements.To perform periodic compliance reviews and on RHB Insurance SBGs/ SFGs, thematic and regulatory review in accordance to the latest laws and regulations.To promote and inculcate compliance awareness and culture throughout RHB Insurance coordinate and assist to conduct adequate compliance training (inclusive of AML/CFT and TFS requirement) or other awareness program on RHB Insurance rules and regulations to RHB employees at appropriate intervals.To provide advice to business/ functional groups on compliance issues or matters and monitor provision of feedback to the regulators/ authorities/ insurance association/ others.To provide advisory to respective business stakeholder on AML/CFT /FT and TFS and to continue to review the AML/CFT/FT and TFS screening process Requirements Requirements: -Bachelor Degree - Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance or equivalent professional qualifications..- AICB or ICA will be added advantgae-Minimum of 15 years working experience in financial institution preferably in Insurance industry-Minimum of 10 years working experience in Compliance-Good knowledge of policies, procedures and technical skill in insurance-Good communication and interpersonal skill Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g.
