As a Senior PDE Business Analyst at Micron, you have the opportunity to contribute to the future of high-tech solutions. Your role in Backend Operations is vital to maintaining detailed and globally driven solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
Develop forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans using business data and industry insights.
Develop specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements.
Provide consultation to users and lead multi-functional teams to address business issues.
Produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
Translate business problems and user requirements into technical language for data science, technical solutions, and IT teams.
Bridge the gap between users and the developer team with strong domain knowledge as an I4.0 Analyst.
Ensure modules/functionalities address current metrics gaps and new business opportunities
Translating project metrics gain into dollar values in partnership with Finance
Define project priorities for the strategic pillar roadmap provided by the Strategy Pillar Leader
Scale sustainable I4.0 solutions across Micron Backend sites by optimizing and standardizing tools and processes with the expertise of central team business partners.
Develop business case, including approaches to validate the impact, ROI of potential solutions and propose projects for implementation
Lead and coordinate projects and activities requiring the support and management of resources from global teams.
Offer expert, functional, and process guidance on system interfaces and capabilities
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in Data Analytics.
At least 5-7 years of work experience in Assembly & Test, Post Wafer Fab (PwF) Process & Equipment Engineering, or similar operations functions.
Good knowledge of High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) production is preferred.
Familiarity with systems and solutions for high volume and high mix production environments.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively lead and present to both small and large groups.
Ability to effectively collaborate with peers, senior, and mid-level management.
Strong peer leadership and relationship management skills.
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized and able to remain flexible to the changing business needs.
