Description Primary Objective: Lead and manage end-to-end programme/ project planning of CRM (Customer Relationship Management), executing, monitoring and controlling to ensure successful implementation to meet expected outcome(s)Review and refine project detailed scope, budgets, deliverables and scheduleLead and regularly review to ensure project progress and budgets are on-track and recommend course correction actions if requiredDevelop solutions/ initiatives to meet expected targets and outcomesIndependently manage and is accountable for multifaceted projects involving system implementations, business process improvement, transformation and strategyServes as the main liaison with Senior Management, project sponsor and key stakeholders on project progress and updatesKey Responsibilities: Project Planning & ManagementReview and refine project scope, deliverables and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value and outcomeDefine scope of engagement with stakeholders and organize engagement sessions with stakeholdersCarry out peer analysis and relevant research to validate and firm up pain points, challenges and solutionsReview and update project status and progressTrack, prepare and share progress reportsIdentify deviations from plans and recommend course correction actionsMonitor actual cost against budgetPrepare proposal and approval paper for identified projects to secure buy-in, approval and sign-off from management and committeeProject Team ManagementRemove roadblocks to team's work and deliverablesLeverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project workEnsure team members are engaged and committed and making a meaningful contribution and encourage a sustainable pace with high-level of quality for the teamProject Owner SupportSupport Project Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications and helping to implement an effective system of project governanceProcess Management and ImprovementDefine and manage well-defined project management process and champion on-going process improvement initiatives to implement best practices Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Possess university degree or equivalent in the field of IT/Computer Science/Information Systems, or Business Administration.. - Certified in Project Management or Agile Project ManagementAt least 10 years of working experience in implementing system projects or Management Consultancy or Project Management of large scale projects, especially IT related projects, preferably in CRM and CRM related technologyStrong knowledge and understanding of Project Management practicesExperience in stakeholder management and collaborationStrong leadership, communication, influence, problem solving, planning and conflict resolution skillsAbility to effectively lead, motivate and manage teamsAbility in strategic, creative and analytic thinking Benefits Dental, Education support, Miscellaneous allowance, Medical, Loans, Sports (e.g.
