Remove obstacles and coordinate actions for successful implementation of initiatives.Overseas Property Loan Product & Portfolio Management - AustraliaPlan, develop and review residential properties loan to grow portfolio by achieving sales revenue & loan targets.Strong communication for effective collaborate with various stakeholders, including service partners, business support teams, Centre of Expertise, marketing, and senior management to ensure product goals and visions are set right.Stay informed and analyse property/real estate market, interest rate, economic trends and competitors offering to ensure proposition is well accepted among target segment and potential expansion of property financing locations.Review regulations which is different according to states that influence overseas mortgage business, including and not limited to engagement with relevant internal and external parties with the objective to secure the Bank's position in the mortgage business.
Eg: foreclosure processes to address cross-border constraints and holdings costs.Participate in risk associated discussion to develop long-term solutions.Participate in ESG risks discussions to address climate physical risk of the collateral.Responsible for overall alignment to strategic customer acquisition through good on-boarding customer journey and drive continuous process improvement by factoring customer feedback.Ensuring adherence to regulations, i.e.
