Primary Objective :
Participate in Agile squad to deliver digital transformation initiatives using Agile methodology.
Ensure the end-objectives of the initiatives are delivered by the squads according to the project timeline as a team.
As a team, report to initiative product owners, sponsors and digital transformation program leadership on the initiative status and outcome.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest.
Build the strategic goals of a product or project initiative by developing plans to achieve business goals.
Evaluate product specific requests to determine needs (i.e.
product gaps, rates, competitive advantages, retention) and ensure the product is the best solution in the applicable market.
Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing solutions to meet business and investor needs, including fulfillment workflow for new products, product delivery, and servicing needs.
Requirements :
Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10+ years of mortgage experience, including understanding of industry-specific products, pricing, product management, and knowledge of mortgage loans processing, compliance, and underwriting guidelines.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
Consultative and collaborative leadership style.
Client-focused, coupling strategic focus with strong execution skills and a results orientation.
Strong business, financial, and technical acumen.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
