Description Primary Objective: Responsible for timely and accurate bank reconciliations for all funds' bank accountsLiaison point for all internal, regulatory and fund auditsLiaison point for Trustees, Shariah Advisor and Tax agentsEnsure risk and compliance assessments are completed timelyEnsure projects are initiatives are completed per schedule.Key Responsibilities: Strong familiarity in processes related to assigned activitiesAct as authorizer where requiredPossess good understanding in regulatory and financial reportingPossess analytical and problem solving skills in performing fund activitiesAct as reviewer for daily and monthly cash reconciliation for all fund accounts and ensure timely resolution and escalation of reconciliation breaks.Manage and oversee all funds' audit and tax related preparation and filing.Be meticulous, detail-oriented and careful in numbers when performing checker role.Possess strong stakeholder management and engagement skills Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk and compliance requirementsContinuously drive improvements and enhancements to operational efficiency.Provide cross support to other teams and sections within RHBAM Operations where required.
Requirements Requirements: Diploma - Accounting or related field.
