Job ResponsibilitiesFor Account Manager
Responsible for building strong relationships and enhancing relationships to ensure SME client's optimum utilization of banking facilities.
Perform credit evaluation and establish/maintain account relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
Achieve sales target income and contribute to the profitability and growth of the branch.
For Marketing Manager
Actively solicit for loans, deposits and Banca sales.
Achieve sales targets allocated for Loans, Deposits, Banca and new customer targets.
Adopt good follow-through practices and prompt execution culture.
Perform proper introduction of customers and conduct joint introduction visitation with Account Manager.
Ensure quality submission to achieve high accuracy and correctness.
Deliver clear expectations on the terms in letters of offer and other documents.
Observe and adhere to Standard Filling Order of credit files.
Maintain and build good rapport with internal and external customers for business referrals.
Adhere to regulatory requirements and processes at all times.
Job RequirementsFor Account Manager
Minimum 5 years of working experience in business-to-consumer sales.
Sales experience in Banking Retail Products preferably in mortgage sales is an advantage.
Experience in credit marketing with good credit knowledge is preferred.
Wide network of SME business contacts and good business acumen.
Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills.
For Marketing Manager
Strong business acumen, proactive and a highly motivated self-starter.
Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
Strong analytical skills in financial account and cash flow analysis.
Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in business-to-consumer sales.
Experience in credit marketing is preferred.
