The Social Commerce Content Manager is responsible for selected Estee Lauder Companies' Brand Social Commerce content and social commerce sales.
The role will cooperate with internal stakeholders (in Region & Affiliates) to lead social commerce content strategy and manage partnerships with stakeholders such as social commerce platforms, e-commerce enablers, content agencies, media agencies, and KOL networks. The role will also require project coordination skills to drive both commercial results and consumer experience.
What You Will Achieve
Develop content strategy with the brand team, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing initiatives, and create the content calendar.
Execute a daily social commerce content plan for local and regional brands, including trendjacking, video creation, influencer management, content localization, media buying, and affiliate marketing.
Analyze data from available tools and collaborate with various teams to optimize content, media plans, and commercial performance.
Implement best practices, tools, and reporting cycles to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among teams.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or other related fields.
Experience in e-commerce social selling is an added bonus.
Proficient in the optimization of TikTok accounts and TikTok advertisements.
Deep understanding of operating social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Exceptional analytical skills and fluency in ad metrics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Proven track record of success in a similar role.
