**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Edit short form social media content, which includes; inputting and editing music/sound and motion graphics/effects.- Input creative flair on post-production output with storytelling edits- Plan post-production process from first cut to final delivery- Making sure the output of the project is consistent with proposed ideas and at the highest quality, within the given timeline- Assisting team members in any tasks within production (when needed)- Producing marketing copy to advertise our products, writing blog posts about industry-related topics and promoting our content on social media.- Creates entertaining or educational material to be expressed through any medium or channel- Develop and produce high-quality, entertaining or educational written, visual, and multimedia content- Strategically manages social media platforms to drive customer engagement, website traffic, and revenue.- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices- Create both digital media and offline content that caters to the interests of a target audience.- Incorporate social media posts for the clinic, which includes Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Tik tok. Regular posts and engagement with the community through daily posts, videos and other interactive posts.- To produce monthly reports of all social media platforms- Writing, editing, blogging, and updating content for everything from brochures and- marketing and promotional materials- Digital publishing and generating traffic and leads for The Alpha Clinic.- To Use social media ads to create targeted advertising campaigns and manage budgets, create ad copy, select keywords, and monitor ad performance to ensure a positive return on investment- Evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaign performance**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Minimum 3-4 years experience, however fresh graduates are more than welcome to apply- Thorough knowledge post-production process- Social media savvy, a good trend-spotter: knowledge of the latest trend of social media (TikTok, Instagram Stories, Reels, etc.)- Intermediate/Expert video editing skills (Premiere or FCP)- Intermediate/Expert motion graphics skills (After Effect)- Basic photo editing/digital Imaging skills (Photoshop, Lightroom)- Ability to think creatively to produce new execution ideas- Highly organized and able to multitask with great time management skills- Attention to detail: great eye for detail in art, design, execution- Outspoken and good verbal communication (English)- Team-player: good with team communication- Able to work and enjoy in fast-paced environment- Aware of the urgency for each task.**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Social media savy- Thorough post video production process- Photo and video editing skills**Experience**:- Social media management: 2 years (required)- content creating: 2 years (required)Ability to Commute:- Kuala Lumpur (required)Ability to Relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
