What You Will Do
Evaluate Online Presence:Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our current digital footprint to formulate a unified and effective social media strategy.
Content Collaboration:Work closely with writers and designers to create engaging and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.
Content Creation and Management:Develop, manage, and publish original, high-quality content across various social media platforms to enhance our brand visibility.
Performance Monitoring:Track and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and inform future strategies.
Campaign Development:Design and implement short-term campaigns aimed at driving growth and increasing engagement.
Collaboration Proposals:Identify and propose innovative collaboration opportunities to amplify our social media presence.
Client Engagement:Conduct survey calls with clients to gain insights and better understand their needs and preferences.
Partner Collaboration:Actively participate in partner meetings and collaborative initiatives to foster strong relationships and drive mutual success.
Event Support:Assist in the planning and execution of company events, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of proven experience in social media planning and execution.
Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, etc.
Excellent analytical skills.
Marketing handling experience in financial sector is a plus.
Excellent oral and written skills in English, Malay and Mandarin.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to take initiatives and make quick decisions under pressure.
Creative and possess problem-solving skills.
