Responsibilities:
Create videos and post them on the Company's social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, etc.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with emerging platforms to leverage social media business growth.
Brainstorm for new videos and content.
Schedule and plan content postings per promotional times or celebrations.
Propose and attain approval from Management for any new video or content posting before posting.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Foster an engaging community by encouraging discussions and interactions.
Monitor and analyze social media performance by tracking engagement rates, reach, and impressions to make data-driven decisions for improvement.
Attend company events, programs, exhibitions, or other activities as required to capture content.
Support ad hoc tasks and responsibilities related to content creation and event promotions as required.
Liaise with third parties, including influencers, content creators, and vendors, to facilitate collaborations and campaigns.
Work with outsourced agencies or freelancers to manage specific projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality and branding standards.
Flexibility to accommodate the company's evolving social media and marketing strategies.
