Job ResponsibilitiesCreate various forms of social media content - text captions, videos, and images suitable for platforms like Google, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Shoot, monitor, publish and ensure posts/projects are delivered according to expected quality, standards, and timelines.
Collaborate with the Graphic Designer to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximize engagement, reach, and sales.
Ensure every piece of content aligns with our brand voice.
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
Manage the company's social media accounts.
Stay updated about the latest features and offerings of social media platforms.
Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness.
Responsible for video shooting, editing, product, and event photo shooting.
Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required.
Requirements & Qualifications2-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Videographer/Photographer, or similar role.
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, or related field.
Portfolio of social media campaigns handled in the past.
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Ability to work with creative tools – Adobe, AI, Capcut.
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Outstanding copywriting skills would be an added benefit.
Good understanding of social media ads.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic customer service skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
Primarily based in Puncak Alam, but must be open to working outstation as needed by business requirements.
