This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator Role at Poney Garments Sdn Bhd. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating engaging social media content, developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments such as E-Commerce, Retail and Marketing teams to enhance brand presence.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and create original content (posts, stories, short videos, graphics) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and XHS.
-Branding: Assisting in maintaining and developing the company's brand identity through consistent and innovative design work.
-Collaboration: Working closely with the marketing, ecommerce and retail team to produce cohesive and compelling visual content.
-Produce engaging multimedia content, including photos, videos and GIFs that align with brand's tone and style.
-Write compelling captions and create relevant hashtags to improve content discoverability.

; Requirements:-
-Diploma or higher in creative multimedia, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
-Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (photoshop, illustrator) and Canva.
-Proficiency in video editing tools such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or other mobile video editing apps.
-Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
-Creativity and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
-Good sense of feel and taste when it comes to photography and videography.
-Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and content requirements (eg. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, XHS)
