We are seeking a dynamicSocial Media Content Marketer and Live Shopping Executiveto join our team. This role combines the strategic management of social media platforms with the hands-on execution of live shopping events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to create engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute creative social media strategies across platforms for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Create engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and reels that align with brand voice and goals.
Source and recruit KOLs.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner to foster community growth and engagement.
Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to boost brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyse key metrics such as engagement, reach, conversion rates, and ROI.
Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Live Shopping Operations:
Live Event Planning & Operation:
Plan, script, and operate live shopping events, ensuring engaging and interactive experiences for marketplace platforms.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to feature products, promotions, and brand highlights.
Live Hosts Management:
Source and recruit live hosts.
Ensure smooth live sessions and host's performance to deliver encouraging sales.
Use real-time data to adjust content during the live session to maximise sales and engagement.
Post-Live Event Activities:
Analyse live event performance, including viewer statistics, sales data, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless post-sale experiences.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or live shopping/events.
Previous experience managing or hosting live streaming or live selling is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms, marketplace platforms, analytics tools (e.g., TikTok, Shopee, Lazada), and live streaming platforms.
Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and creative mindset.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels is a plus.
Understanding of emerging social media and live shopping trends.
